Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

?VINYL MATERIAL--Made of vinyl cloth. It is light enough for a stand or to hang on a wall, but sturdy enough where it won't rip.

?REMOVE CREASE--Roll it up tightly with a cylinder and then just waiting for 2 to 4 days. The wrinkles and crease are almost removed. If necessary, you can iron the back of the backdrop with steam iron but not dry iron. Iron it with low heat.
